I’m back at work and feeling good! Everything has pretty much diminished and I’m waiting for my next shoot. Will be running around doing some stuff for the dengue articles later, got to buy some mosquito coils, repellant, anti-mosquito valves and such. So fun!
Tonight will be a productive girl’s night followed by a session at BarBaaBlackChic, then perhaps followed by Beat! Haven’t been for Beat! in ages. Argh, I’ve been putting on weight again, this is seriously not funny. I have the body type of a puffer fish, one minute slim, the next bloated. No fun! And I just ate two sticks of you tiao that Jac bought, so no more snacks for me!
I’ve decided to have a go at helping out at either an old folk’s home or a children’s home every Sunday. We agreed right? Remember that meditation corner at the Shangri-La? Where the shadows hit so nicely on the bamboo shoots? Or that $10 coffee at the lounge, where a thousand and one epiphanies showered down upon us? We have to keep the promises we make.
